The Role

Bloomberg News is seeking an experienced economy reporter in Zagreb. The successful candidate will cover breaking economic news, the central bank's monetary policies, the most influential figures in Croatia's economy and the main statistical indicators. They will also be expected to propose and write features that explain and illustrate the Croatian economy to a global audience. The position will involve travel to cover major events. Candidates must have an understanding of economic issues and their relevance to corporate developments and markets.

Qualification:

Fluency in English and Croatian is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Journalism experience is essential.
