The Role

Bloomberg's Data Solutions team is looking for enthusiastic and hard working interns for our 2011 Summer Internship Program. Our Data Solutions division is a rapidly growing area encompassing exciting solutions for our clients such as our API, Data License, and B-Pipe products. We are in need of interns in our business development and sales teams. As an intern, you will be working with one of our Data Solutions groups to audit some of our reporting processes and reviewing invoice and usage information. Duties may include research, quality control, or supporting our client representatives. The ideal candidate will possess a solid academic background and experience working in a fast-paced office environment.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Organized, accurate, and flexible approach
• Strong attention to detail
• Former research experience is a plus
• Availability to work for 8 weeks from July to August
