Qualifications:

• Must be fluent (written and verbal) in English and Portuguese
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• 2+ years experience in a help-desk environment supporting end-users over the phone
• General knowledge of IT related subjects is highly desirable
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor when handling complex user issues
• Multi-tasking skills and ability to work well under pressure
