Our Team: 

The Content Acquisition & Business Management team (CABM) is an integral part of the Data department. We lead the governance, cost, and quality of the data we acquire, and we collaborate with the wider company to develop our data acquisition strategies ensuring we are aligning with the agendas of our key partners. 

The Role: 

We are seeking an Agile Project Manager to join our Data Rights and Entitlements team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about demonstrating project management and organizational skills with a leadership mentality, who can drive highly effective collaborative teams! Your main responsibility will be to plan, lead, coordinate and empower teams to complete large scale projects using agile principles and practices. This is a highly visible role with an excellent opportunity to work closely with our Product Managers, Engineers and other partners to implement scalable solutions and drive effective change in our area. 

We’ll trust you to: 

  • Develop and refine project plans with scope, milestones, schedules, and resources 
  • Have a solid grasp of development life cycle as well as experienced knowledge of both agile and traditional project management principles and practices 
  • Create roadmaps to deliver business objectives by working with key Product Managers, partners in other departments and multiple cross functional agile teams 
  • Manage and supervise changes to scope, priorities, schedules and resources 
  • Hold teams accountable for delivery and consistently following an agile approach to meet product roadmap initiatives and milestones 
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders for regular status updates, through strict documentation, extreme attention to detail, accurate reporting and thoughtful escalations 
  • Interact with and influence teams to deliver, demonstrate strong leadership and engagement across business and technology teams 
  • Lead agile events to ensure milestones and results are met and dependencies are delivered; help identify and mitigate any potential issues that may impact the deliverables 
  • Manage the progress of the projects ensuring an on-schedule delivery 
  • Effectively adapt and lead change of the projects, ensure project and milestone commitments are supervised 

You’ll need to have: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience 
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience carrying out project management initiatives (preferably for a globally focused organization) 
  • Excellent leadership skills with an ability to establish and maintain positive relationships; influence partners in written and oral communications and able to work effectively at key levels of the organization 
  • Outstanding communication, analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills 
  • Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise level application development projects. PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred 
  • Experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA, Visio, MS Project and all Office tools 

We’d love to see: 

  • PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred 
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating and team building. 
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Information, Computer Science or related field. 
  • Proven consultative and collaboration skills with leaders and cross functional partners and work with multiple customers 
  • Experience in large and sophisticated corporate environments running technology and process change efforts to include wide range of initiatives such as system implementations, upgrades, process redesign, productivity tools, organizational change, individual and team performance improvement and efficiency 
  • Experience in full lifecycle of project management for large-scale ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce.com)

Salary Range: 115,000 - 165,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
