Our products run on intelligence and industry-specific insight provided by Data’s Company Financials team. Across Company Financial Data Teams, we move markets by providing our clients with sought-after reported-on and broker-estimated financials that are normalized across industries and companies, key analytical ratios, and industry-specific data points. Our team of sector-aligned Analysts influence investment decisions and move the markets every day, and we are growing.
Using innovative, collaborative, and client focused approaches to data extraction, aggregation, and standardization, Company Financial industry focused analysts use industry knowledge and company financial data subject matter expertise in order to build a comprehensive client experience across the product offering throughout the earnings cycle, including pre-earnings through guidance and consensus creation, at the time of earnings through performance and surprise analysis, and allows for a more robust company and peer analysis.

We'll trust you to:

• Monitor and interpret major company developments and identify themes or trends affecting key market sectors
• Develop domain expertise
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal groups throughout Bloomberg as well as external clients
• Use your knowledge and expertise to generate thought leadership content via news stories, research reports, and webinars
• Assist with internal projects to optimize processes and/or improve the quality of our data products
• Provide customer support for users of Bloomberg products by resolving inquiries in a timely manner
• Manage projects to optimize processes and/or improve the quality of our data products

You'll need to have:

• Relevant work experience within the financial industry
• Demonstrated interest and demonstrated knowledge of the financial markets, particularly the Financials, Consumers or Petrochemical industries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational competency and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Desire to improve and further develop our products
• Ability to meet deadlines and logically approach problems
• Ability to adapt within a dynamic environment, and desire to work on multidisciplinary teams
• Effective project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
• Strong interest in Data management and processing

We’d love to see:

• CFA (or working toward)
• Proficiency in Arabic
• Experience working with clients
• A master’s degree (preferably in Finance or Data)
• Proficiency in Python or SQL
