You don’t just transact but inject advice, well-thought-out sourcing strategies and key market insights at every step of the recruiting process. You aren’t shy when it comes to building a broad external network, and you understand the importance of partnering with your clients to help find and select the best and brightest talent. What's the role?

You will lead a high caliber, best in class team of Sourcing Partners across New York and London. You and your team will partner with our Recruitment Partners and hiring managers across Bloomberg Financial Solutions. Our Financial Solutions business is a dynamic group that includes Sales, Client Support, Implementation, Workplace Operations, Supply Chain and Marketing. Out of the gate you will play in a player-coach role and lead a team of experienced Sourcing Partners whom you will inspire with confidence in your vision and plan. You will report to our Global Head of Recruitment for Bloomberg Financial Solutions.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Form part of the Global Financial Solutions Recruiting leadership team, thus playing a role in co-creating and co-driving the team strategy and direction
  • Operate as a player/coach within the Financial Solutions Recruiting team, providing expertise on all critical elements of the search process
  • Have a strong development oriented and coaching mindset to cultivate a team of diverse sourcing partners
  • Take a leading role in our Executive level searches
  • Engage and retain top talent within your own team and the broader recruiting function
  • Implement initiatives to foster an inspiring culture, where continuous improvement and change is the norm
  • Partner with the various Recruitment Partners, business managers and internal HR community to deliver against a bold hiring plan while building out our team, systems and processes
  • Support multiple business lines/functional areas within Bloomberg Financial Solutions, and provide strategic guidance on market research, competitive intelligence, and talent mapping effort
  • Play an active role in the implementation and adoption of new technology across our Recruiting function

You’ll need to have:

  • 10+ years of agency/search firm and/or in-house recruiting experience, including the successful recruitment of experienced and senior-level professionals
  • 2+ years of management experience and a successful track record of building, inspiring and leading a recruitment team
  • A strong background identifying and attracting best in class and diverse talent
  • Experience in building experienced hire recruitment strategies and partnering with recruitment teams to deliver those strategies
  • Experience and proven success with research and market mapping strategies
  • The ability to build relationships and credibility at all levels within a matrix organization
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, storytelling and interpersonal skills
  • Experience thriving in a fast paced, constantly evolving environment

Salary Range: 145,000 - 200,000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
