  • Work closely with Engineering to ensure that teams are focused on the highest-value work, projects are delivered in a timely manner, and proactive investments are made to Bloomberg’s technologies that promote scalability and resiliency of exchange market data solutions
  • Analyse and leverage business intelligence to inform your decision-making
  • Have a workforce plan that maximises the skills of the team, fosters collaboration and encourages diversity
  • Act as an advocate for diversity and inclusion through the understanding of Bloomberg's value, truly understanding its importance to our business
  • Occasional travel is required

You’ll need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field
  • 2+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience (for example leading projects, mentoring people, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of market data experience in the financial services industry, including exchanges, market data providers or financial institutions
  • The vision to align your team’s goals to the fast-changing landscape of real-time market data, reference data and technology, and the ability to implement a business and people strategy which responds dynamically to the ever-evolving needs of the market
  • Strong relationship management skills and experience dealing with senior business executives
  • A proven ability to establish credibility and build influential relationships with multiple internal and external clients and partners
  • Comfort with a high degree of autonomy, and demonstrated ability in managing competing priorities from multiple partners
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
