The Role:

SSEOMS is Bloomberg's Sell Side Equity Order Management System. A global platform providing broker dealers seamless integration of orders and execution of equities via an exchange membership or direct market access to Bloomberg's network of global brokers. We are currently seeking candidates to join our growing trade support desk to answer client questions and support our existing LATAM client base. The successful candidate will need to speak Portuguese and travel to LATAM on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities:

• Responding to incoming live client queries
• Troubleshooting time sensitive client issues
• Onsite support to customers in LATAM
• Frequent interaction with team peers, Account Management, Sales, Business,

Programming and Incident Management teams

Qualifications:

• Portuguese speaker
• Regular travel
• Experience in sell-side Equity markets
• Previous knowledge of OMS or other electronic trading systems
• A self-starter, proactive team player with strong multitasking skills
• Attention to detail with proactive problem solving skills
• Knowledge of connectivity in the equity markets (FIX Protocol)
