The Role

Bloomberg AIM is looking for an Implementation Specialist for our rapidly growing AIM Analytics Portfolio & Risk analytics offering in the Americas. This person will be part of a team that is responsible for pre-sales support as well as implementation of newly on-boarded clients. The individual will work closely with the sales team to gain a clear understanding of the client¿s business needs, the integration team to delve deep into client data and use the knowledge gained during the pre-sales process to on-board new clients in quick time.

Qualified candidates should be able to demonstrate credibility with a proven competency, familiarity with the Portfolio Performance & Risk analytics/Buy-side Order management space and clear understanding of the competitive landscape, challenges and opportunities
The individual will also be influencing the direction of our products by providing feedback to Bloomberg's business managers on user workflow demand, competitor intelligence, and market trends.


  • Strong interest and knowledge in financial markets
  • Strong MS Excel, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Extremely proactive, detailed, responsible and able to work well with a team
  • Highly articulate, consultative and confident in interactions with clients
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Prior experience with use of the Bloomberg Terminal is a strong plus
