Our Team:

We are a small team of planners responsible for providing perfect service for the EMEA region – the Planning team consists of one Demand Planner, one Distribution Planner and this role, the Supply Planner. You will be providing perfect service at the best cost for internal and external customers and will be required to build long-lasting and strong relationships with our stakeholders.

We’ll trust you to:

• Maintain existing relationships with supplies and contract manufacturers for electronic hardware
• Plan the purchases, repairs, and production of Bloomberg equipment and other materials
• Propose and implement Lead Time reduction initiatives with various suppliers across multiple product lines
• Achieve yearly goals for KPIs such as Adherence to Supply Plan and Inventory Turns
• Work closely with various groups in Supply Chain globally
• Work with Warehouse function to reduce global inventory
• Use SAP functionality and currently established tools to maintain purchase/procurement, production, repairs, and inventory plans
• Troubleshoot SAP system issues and testing new functionality in SAP
• Phase in new products and provide suggestions for new relationships

You’ll need to have:

• Solid experience in planning in materials management, MRP, Rate Based Systems, master scheduling, production planning, inventory management, and S&OP.
• Solid experience with managing Contract Manufacturer, vendors or equivalent manufacturing experience
• Proven experience in reducing lead time with vendors
• Experience in maintaining relationships with Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams, as well as Supplies and contract manufacturers
• In-depth knowledge of SAP / SCM / MRP / DRP is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

We’d would love to see:

• Advanced degree in Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with master data a plus
• CPIM or CSCP certification a plus
