Bloomberg TV is looking for an Executive Producer to help run our new arabic language digital properties and Bloomberg Businessweek magazine with our partner in Saudi Arabia. You need to be able to demonstrate a knowledge of and enthusiasm for financial markets, company news and showcase familiarity with the Middle East, its economy and politics. It's important that you are able to make quick decisions in a real-time news environment and thrive under pressure. You'll also need to be able to explain complex material in simple terms. You will be based in the UAE after training in the London bureau of Bloomberg TV.

We'll trust you to:

• Work with the partner to develop world class digital properties for the Middle East
• Oversee news coverage, website and app development, operations, and cross-platform video production
• Oversee the production of Bloomberg Businessweek in Arabic
• Collaborate with Bloomberg colleagues to bring best practices to the partner's newsroom and ensure high standards
• Work with the TV Executive Producer to ensure that digital, businessweek, TV and events uphold the best qualities of Bloomberg

You need to have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking in both English and Classical Arabic
• Recent and relevant experience as a seasoned producer in a digital newsroom
• A strong understanding of the tools, trends, platforms and processes behind the most modern strategies for telling stories on the web
• Strong writing, editorial and production skills
• Experience in business and financial news (preferred)
• Flexibility with hours and travel
