Craft the stories we tell about Japan. As Bloomberg News's bureau chief in Japan, you'll help oversee our coverage of the policies, markets and companies that are transforming one of the largest economies and the implications for the world. You will use exceptional news discernment to set coverage priorities, write and edit clear and comprehensive stories while working effectively across different platforms with multiple partners. You'll also thrive in a real-time news environment and be a self-starter who inspires collaboration.
You'll need to have:
- Minimum of 7 years experience in financial journalism, preferably in a real-time news environment
- Experience working under tight deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and ideally prior management experience
- Fluency in Japanese
