Bloomberg LP has built a significant media business spanning television, digital, magazine, radio and live event platforms across the globe. In the midst of a historic time in the media industry, Bloomberg Media is growing its global footprint and reach through new innovations from Tic Toc to New Economy Forum to transforming our Commercial model.
As a result, we are looking to hire a Partnerships Director who would be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for Bloomberg Live conferences in the APAC region. You will work closely with key stakeholders as well as manage sponsorship partnership integrations for our events.
We’ll trust you to:
Manage sponsors relations and ensure sponsorship deliverables are fulfilled
Bridge internal communications between sales, operations and editorial team
Develop a creative concept for each event and oversee all event marketing activity
Working closely with operations in jointly managing all deliverables for each event
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an individual who has extensive experience with account management and planning and executing multi-faceted, complex integrated events within a company or agency. You will also need to be able to demonstrate excellent project management and communication skills as you will need to present to all levels of management.
You’ll need to have:
At least 8 years of experience (either as an in-house event team or in an agency)
Excellent bilingual verbal and written communication skills (English and Mandarin preferred)
Business Development experience
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
Experience in providing event program strategic guidance, including target audience experience mapping, event analysis and integration with other marketing tactics
Experience in integrating digital and social media tactics into key event programs and advocating for an integrated event experience approach
Ability to multi-task in a time-pressured environment
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, regions and with vendors
