The Asia Pacific Financial Product Marketing team is looking for a highly motivated Marketing Executive for India coverage. He/she will develop and execute marketing plans that build awareness, generate leads and nurture existing client relationships for Bloomberg’s financial products (www.bloomberg.com/professional/), and support all branding and marketing initiatives in the region.
In this marketing role, you will be based in Mumbai and will be part of the South Asia Financial Product Marketing team. You will work with business partners and internal marketing stakeholders (content, digital, creative & events teams) globally to manage strategic and effective programs and ensure execution to the highest standards.
We’ll trust you to:
Work as a team with the APAC marketers, event managers and the digital & content team to execute the marketing plans to support India sales and product leaders in the region. This is an individual contributor role reporting to a South Asia Marketing team leader. You should be a highly motivated professional who is detail-oriented, self-organized, and proactive in coordinating and leading marketing activities from every angle to achieve maximum results for the region. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be able to manage a high volume of projects and demonstrate a passion for our brand.
You will have an adequate understanding of the financial services market, strong project and program management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a drive to promote one of the world’s iconic brands. Experience of working in a global marketing group will be an added advantage.
The role requires the person to participate in global conference calls with both New York and London – requiring flexibility to attend sporadic morning and evening calls.
You’ll need to have:
- 3+ years experience in an integrated marketing role
- Successful track record in B2B financial services marketing
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Experience in managing digital campaigns and tracking metrics
- Experience in creating marketing collateral, both traditional and digital
- Ability to drive lead generation and campaign management
- Ability to multi-task in a time-pressured environment
- Fluency in English or any other Asian language would be an advantage
- Flexibility to travel
