Our Business Administration apprenticeship combines practical work experience with a useful qualification. We’ll teach you the key concepts and administrative techniques required to work in a business environment. Skills such as organisation, customer service, stakeholder management and the ability to work well under pressure.

First impressions can make or break a candidate's perception of a workplace. This is why our recruitment apprenticeship is about more than scheduling interviews and hosting prospective employees - it's about creating a candidate-friendly journey from start to finish, and using the opportunity to connect candidates to the "wow" of working at Bloomberg (that we as employees feel every day!). Our specialists ensure a seamless interview process by managing all the details, so our candidates can focus on the Bloomberg experience.

You need to have:
- GCSE's or equivalent qualifications including a Level 4 or above in Maths and English
- Innovative Problem Solvers
- Collaborative Team Players
- Customer-focused
- Organised
- Able to work under pressure
We’d love to see:
- Work experience in a customer service role
- Interest in a career in Human Resources
