VCON is Bloomberg’s voice trade confirmation system. As the VCON Product Manager, you will help drive the strategy and product development for the voice trade affirmation system (VCON). You will collaborate with external market participants as well as key internal stakeholders to manage the existing business while delivering new market leading solutions.

We'll trust you to:

• Build tools that improve client workflows and post trade efficiency.
• Integrate with additional internal services, where appropriate to optimize workflow.
• Build relationships with key clients to maintain and increase our presence in their workflow.
• Effectively manage the product specification, prioritization and backlog.
• Work seamlessly with our experienced engineers on product milestones.
• Work with senior sales leadership to derive an overall business strategy.
• Clearly communicate product vision, execution plan and development status with key stakeholders.
• Lead multiple projects at the same time and able to shift priorities quickly when needed.

What do I need to apply?

• A minimum of 2 years Product or Project Management experience.
• Ability to work well across multiple teams, lead and influence others.
• Solid understanding of several asset classes: Fixed Income, Equities, FI and Equity Derivatives, FX.
• Solid understanding of clients’ workflow and how our product would increase their operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse competing platforms and make strategic decisions based on overall market trends.
• Be a client facing product manager and must have the ability to attend strategic sales meetings and explain product road-map and platforms to clients.
• Have a good understanding of how VCON fits into a bigger picture/workflow, including regulation, feeds, OMSs, clearing.
