This is why our Talent Acquisition Coordinator team is about more than scheduling interviews and hosting prospective employees. We're all passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience so we all ensure a seamless interview process by handling all the details, so our candidates can focus on bringing their best to the table - and our business leaders on selecting the best possible talent into the Company

We'll trust you to:

  • Provide support to the recruitment team by screening candidate CVs and drive operational efficiency
  • Effectively manage all interview scheduling tasks, including candidate and business communication, interview hosting, ensuring successful prioritization and SLA's are consistently met
  • Be responsible for the maintenance and data integrity of our Applicant Tracking System
  • Actively participate and contribute ideas to process efficiency, improvement and recruitment strategies
  • Maintain data governance throughout the recruitment life-cycle and produce ad-hoc reports as required
  • Embody the Bloomberg culture by being a brand ambassador and providing a consistent, high touch experience, in every candidate interaction

You’ll need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of prior work experience with a strong coordination background
  • Excellent people skills, developed through customer service or other client-facing roles
  • Possess excellent administrative and organisation skills with great attention to detail
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn additional programs as needed, such as Workday

We'd love to see:

  • Prior experience in Recruiting
  • A basic understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with local labor law/hiring practices
