The Financial Products Knowledge Group (FPKG) is responsible for building and delivering thoughtful training programs that support the execution of Bloomberg strategy across Financial Products.

This role, reporting to the Regional Financial Products Knowledge Group Team Leader, will be responsible for:

• Enabling Enterprise Data to implement firm strategies and business initiatives by designing, defining and delivering strategic training programs that are aligned with the department strategy and have clear business goals
• Driving change management globally across the department, where best practices are shared across teams/regions and businesses
• The job scope includes programs such as designing and implementing a new department-wide on-boarding program for Enterprise Data, focused on the successful on-boarding of Product Managers, Implementation teams, and Service Delivery
