The Europe Contract & Exchange’s Manager should have great leadership skills, be able to make effective decisions, and positively influence people. The Manager will have excellent communication and presentation skills and be able to motivate people in order to deliver results. Predisposition for technical matters, problem-solving and strategic thinking are also essential qualities. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the team is quickly and accurately addressing our clients' inquiries while meeting department goals.

  • Manage a team and team leaders to exceed expectations for successful metrics, and completion of the department's vision and goals.
  • Lead by example in advocating the importance of platinum customer service to our internal and external clients, and guide the team accordingly.
  • Provide leadership and support to all team members, including career development and performance management.
  • Develop each team member's knowledge, skills and talent through careful coaching, targeted training and constructive feedback.
  • Foster an environment of teamwork and collaboration globally.
  • Strengthen existing partnerships and build new ones with stakeholders to and from other departments to add value to the business
  •  - Collaborate closely with R&D and counterparties in other offices to drive projects and maintain a cross-regional operation.

  • Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail and quality.
  • Review and maintenance of Exchange approvals customer database.
  • Dedicated support to a portfolio of B-PIPE clients.
  • Partnership with various business areas including Sales, Enterprise Solutions,  Installations, Exchange Business Management, Customer Account Management Support, Accounting to support clients and business needs.
  • Understanding of all Business Areas supported by the Department -Identifies risk, follows and practices tasks in compliance with Exchange, legal and Bloomberg policies.
  • Display confidence, emotional intelligence and decisiveness
  • Liaise with Research and Development Team to design, implement and test new functions.
  • Training of Employees and the Team Leaders on leadership and all aspects of the Contract & Exchange’s Coordinator Roles.
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot and make decisions to solve customer inquiries.

We'd love you to have:

  • Working knowledge of SAP Environment to run costing sheets, update Membership status flags
  • Working knowledge of financial markets (Ticker/Security - Market Depth - Price Source - Asset Classes)
  • Understanding and strong knowledge of B-PIPE (DataFeeds, Non-Display), SAPI and exchange entitlements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel and Power point.
  • Project management, including scheduling, milestone tracking verification, project status reporting.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail and quality.
  • Tenacious and creative problem solving skills
  • Relationship Management Skills to liaise with Client Market Data.
  • Proven platinum customer service skills and ability to develop and maintain solid client relationships.

You need to have:

  • 2-3 years leadership experience
  • Experience in career development and performance management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Tenacious and creative problem solving skills
