Our Ad Sales team harnesses the power of our global newsroom, data-driven insights and award-winning creative solutions across media platforms including digital, TV, radio, print, mobile and events. As an Ad Sales Associate, you will support our team on the ground by planning events, liaising with internal and external clients, conducting research, and being the go-to person for anything and everything our Sales Executives need to keep driving revenue. Success means always being one step ahead, and this requires a strong executor who is detail-oriented, and who never loses sight of the big picture. That's where you come in.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Complete various administrative tasks and provide support for Media Sales team with can-do attitude and great attention to detail
  • Plan strategically through an understanding of internal business goals
  • Attain a thorough understanding of each media platform, ad products and capabilities
  • Manage pre through post sale process for ad campaigns including but not limited to: Brainstorming and ideating based on client objectives, analyzing reporting and data to ensure we are meeting our clients KPI's, optimizations for optimal performance, and facilitating wrap up reports
  • Communicate and work with internal and external clients with professionalism
  • Effectively manage simultaneous projects and successfully prioritize tasks
  • Take initiative and learn about our business, clients, and products
  • Utilize Sales force management
  • Maintain data for fiscal reporting, team communications, client research, and prepping Sales Reps for their meetings
  • Acclimate well to an evolving work environment.

You’ll need to have:

  • 2 or more years of experience; ideally in Media planning or sales
  • Agility, flexibility, and the ability to anticipate needs and be resourceful
  • Strong attention to detail, and exceptional written/verbal communication skills
  • Diligent approach to handling large volumes and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work and communicate with all levels of internal and external customers
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn additional software as needed such as Sales force
  • Passion for providing unparalleled levels of customer service
  • A positive attitude, curiosity, and enthusiasm!
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
