The Role

Bloomberg EMEA Media is seeking a television producer to work from our offices in the Dubai International Finance Center on a 6-month contract, between October 2019 and March 2020.

The candidate will be expected to produce TV segments in show rundowns, book guests, assist in forward planning and occasionally travel to produce events and interviews.

The successful candidate will be able to manage several projects at once, multi-task and prioritize assignments and schedules. Candidates must be legally authorised to work in Dubai without sponsorship.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working in a real-time news environment
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of and interest in business news
• Strong editorial judgement and ability to work under deadline pressure
• Flexibility with hours is required, as is ability to travel as needed
