BloombergLIVE produces invitation-only, in-person gatherings that combines elite editorial programming with peer-to-peer networking amongst executives across Asia and globally. We bring the power of Bloomberg to the executive conference business, using the resources of a global organization with more than 2,400 journalists in over 150 bureaus around the world, multiple media platforms together with the Bloomberg Professional service.

Bloomberg LIVE is seeking an individual like you to synchronize audience development plans from start to finish. Under the direction of the head of audience, you will curate the invitation to identified target audiences and ensure the timely implementation of the APAC email marketing campaign. Working alongside with the events manager, you are creative in sourcing contact information through a variety of channels, including but not limited to direct external outreach, development of relationships with internal and external partners, and screening databases.

What you will do:

  • Work with internal partners and customer groups and identify external organizations for marketing partnership opportunities.
  • You will partner with the event program, marketing, and Bloomberg Media Sales teams on delegate acquisition and engagement, and will coordinate the scheduling of email marketing efforts within APAC.
  • Call prospective attendees to promote sign-up for events
  • Maintain databases of contacts at client and prospect companies
  • Reconcile event attendee lists by handling the event registration system, communicating event details to registered attendees and follow-up with them in advance of the event to ensure their attendance.
  • Be on-site at events to handle registrations and liaise with vendors to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Deliver post-event reporting internally regarding event attendance and select demographics.

You need to have:

  • Experience in mid to large scale events coordination.
  • Strong telephone manner and a professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.
  • Active experience of Salesforce or similar CRM system.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at any give time.
