Bloomberg BTCA delivers global, multi-asset solutions for Trading and Compliance professionals. BTCA helps in excess of 600 customers with their day to day tasks, from Trading Insights and Decision Support to Transaction Surveillance and Best Execution monitoring.

What's the role?To support our fast growing BTCA customer base globally, we are looking for a passionate individual to join the BTCA Client onboarding team, based in Tokyo. You will help coordinate and lead the implementation and client onboarding, ensuring that as an organization we are adhering to project timelines. You will demonstrate credibility with detailed knowledge of the challenges that Trading, Operations and Compliance departments face in increasingly complex and regulated markets.
We'll trust you to:- Understand and map client systems and workflows to scope integration work via Statement of Work

• Project manage complex technical implementations with the engineering feeds team and client
• Onboard and setup the relevant reports rules and controls, with specific user groups/departments such as front office, compliance and best execution monitoring groups
• Document implemented solutions for improved communication between the client, account managers and helpdesk
You'll need to have:- Understanding of buy-side and/or sell-side trading and compliance workflows

• Effective project management skills and ability to prioritise tasks accordingly
• Strong relationship building, communication and presentation skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent reporting, documentation and time management skills
• Good knowledge of the requirements of recent regulations such as MAR and MiFID II
• Business level proficiency in Japanese would be a plus
