Bloomberg runs on data. In the Global Data team, we're responsible for supplying it - which also means we solve problems. On any given day, we identify ways we can make the company's processes and software more efficient. We help Bloomberg's prestigious help desk answer complex client questions. Isolating, collecting, and processing billions of data points are what we do best.
Content Acquisition & Business Management (CABM) is comprised of several teams: Pricing, Research, Exchanges, Product Development, Contracts, and Market Structure. We onboard an incredible amount of content so it's imperative that it's discoverable, compliant, done in an efficient manner, and compliments other Bloomberg products.
We provide top level and front line technical support to our clients. We work to troubleshoot issues from inception to resolution. Our exemplary customer service means that we manage and support partnerships with new and existing research providers to set up, maintain, upgrade and train users on distribution feeds all whilst working to address bespoke requirements.
We enjoy collaborating with others to ensure that content is not only brought onto the Bloomberg Terminal quickly but securely and efficiently!
You are a dynamic individual who will support data acquisition projects to on-board OTC pricing for our clients using our Bloomberg terminal, Bloomberg news and Bloomberg ancillary products.
You will have the ability to work independently, make effective decisions and at the same time, have a passion for operational tasks.
