We are Supply Chain Process and Technology, and we partner to drive and implement Supply Chain strategies and solutions. Our team leads business plan and other Supply Chain initiatives, coordinates process improvement activities and plays an active role in ensuring that our systems are performing optimally. We partner with internal Supply Chain stakeholders and other business partners, as well as with our Engineering (R&D) teams to influence process and system design, functionality and features. We are responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects for the entire product development lifecycle, from inception to implementation, followed by support and maintenance. We also handle all project-related communications, from status updates to issue awareness and escalation.

What’s the role?

As a project manager based out of the Hong Kong office, you will work with a talented business and technical team to manage projects ranging from small development tasks to large-scale global projects and process changes. You will work closely with the rest of the Process and Technology team located in New York to ensure the projects, systems and processes you are responsible for in APAC and EMEA are supported with well-informed and aligned solutions that effectively deliver a return on our resource investment. You will also work with internal Supply Chain stakeholders and other business partners within the APAC and EMEA region and globally to manage execution to the highest standards.
A key responsibility of yours will be to understand and become a regional advocate for Supply Chain and ensure all projects, system and process enhancement activities undertaken are aligned with, and support the overall Supply Chain strategy.
Frequent travel is required to other APAC offices, as well as a minimum of quarterly travel to the London office.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Understand and execute on Supply Chain systems vision and processes
  • Provide direction, coordination and guidance for diverse members of project teams
  • Identify and analyze process improvement opportunities
  • Define and create project scope and translate diverse user needs into business requirements
  • Manage project timelines, risks and issues
  • Manage project communications
  • As needed, manage test plan development and execution and UAT and pilot testing
  • Conduct post implementation analysis and lead presentations to upper management

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Project management experience
  • Proven ability to influence and lead with and without authority
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong planning and organization skills
  • Experience with data analysis to make decisions on process or system changes
  • Ability to embrace and master new technologies and changing processes
  • Self-motivated, results oriented demeanor
  • Ability to handle multiple projects effectively, prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamically changing environment
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure with frequent deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly professional manner, with the ability to interact with employees of all levels of experience and seniority, across the organization
