You're the perfect person to work with clients and research contributors across APAC - setting up and implementing new research feeds, conducting product training, and managing other implementation projects.

We enjoy collaborating with others to ensure that content is not only brought onto the Bloomberg Terminal quickly but securely and efficiently!

Content Acquisition & Business Management (CABM) is comprised of several teams: Pricing, Research, Exchanges, Product Development, Contracts, and Market Structure. We onboard an incredible amount of content so it's imperative that it's discoverable, compliant, done in an efficient manner, and compliments other Bloomberg products.

We provide top level and front line technical support to our clients. We work to troubleshoot issues from inception to resolution. Our exemplary customer service means that we manage and support partnerships with new and existing research providers to set up, maintain, upgrade and train users on distribution feeds all whilst working to address bespoke requirements.

You need to have:

• Excellent communication and account management skills
• Enthusiasm, drive and a desire to excel in a technical client facing role
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex issues and adapt to different challenges and changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail
• Superior troubleshooting and analysis / resolution skills
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage and exceed clients' expectations for support
• Proven aptitude to learn complex technical and theoretical information quickly
• Experience managing and implementing projects independently
• Technical support experience
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin)

It would be great if you had:

• Knowledge of any of the following financial applications: Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, FactSet, CapitalIQ, Morningstar Direct
• Understanding/experience with the financial research business content distribution systems
• Account management experience
• Familiarity with content management tools
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills
• Fluency in an additional language is an added advantage
