What is the Apprenticeship Programme?
The Apprenticeship Programme at Bloomberg is an exciting opportunity to take your first steps in starting a rewarding career with us. Our Apprenticeship Programme will support you in combining work and education, where you will have an opportunity to gain a formal qualification while also being an important and highly valued member of the team. This opportunity will provide you with an alternative route into a global organisation away from the classic university pathway. You'll be encourage to learn, develop and grow, while working within a collaborative and innovative environment.
This comprehensive programme will provide you with extensive internal training, a carefully curated education plan with one of our academic qualification providers, and highly valuable hands-on experience of working within a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Introducing the Early Careers Talent Acquisition team
You'll be part of a close-knit and inspiring campus recruitment team, passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You'll ensure a seamless interview process by handling all the details, so our candidates can focus on their Bloomberg experience - and our business leaders on selecting the best possible talent into the Company. You will also have the opportunity to be part of and run regional and global projects, and experience programme management first-hand.
First impressions can make or break a candidate's perception of a workplace. This is why our Campus Talent Coordinator role is about more than scheduling interviews and hosting prospective employees - it's about working in partnership with our Recruiters to build an extraordinary and memorable experience; a candidate-friendly journey from start to finish, using the opportunity to introduce them to the "wow" of working at Bloomberg (that we as employees experience every single day!)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Available to start September 2023
- Three A-Levels (Grades A-C) or equivalent
- Learners must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject
- Have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years
We will trust you to have:
- Keen interest in business and finance
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Be great at time and workload management
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong organisation skills and an eye for detail
- Experience working as part of a team
Interview Process:
Step 1: Online Application Form: Submit an online application form along with your most up-to-date CV. Show us you are eligible.
Step 2: Telephone Interview: Successful candidates will be invited to schedule a 25 minute telephone conversation with a Bloomberg Recruiter. Show us you are motivated.
Step 3: Assessment Day & Team Leader Interview: Complete some interactive online tasks and exercises designed to help you demonstrate your strengths and abilities. Show us you are capable.
Step 4: Final Interview: Meet with our Managers to discuss your motivations and potential. Show us you are the best person for the apprenticeship.
