Our Spring Insight Week (Analytics & Sales) is designed to introduce you to our work and culture, connect you to our diverse communities and help prepare you for your future professional career. 
 

During the week (3rd – 5th April), you will have the opportunity to network with inspirational employees throughout our company, gain an insight into different areas of our daily work and build your professional skills, as well as exploring future opportunities available.

What is Analytics and Sales? 

Analytics: 

Working in Analytics is about more than providing the best user experience for Bloomberg Terminal clients. We solve complex problems with accurate, real-time responses across all asset classes and client types. Our clients range from new users to industry specialists so we develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for suit their needs. We consistently surpass their expectations to develop empowered, more valuable Bloomberg users. 
 

Sales: 

Our Sales team strive to maximise growth, usage and dependency on our offerings by building strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and demonstrating proven expertise in the financial markets. It is crucial we stay one step ahead, pre-empting our clients' needs and presenting them with ground-breaking solutions, before they even know they need them.

The Spring Insight week will consist of 3 days of learning about Bloomberg through a series of webinars and virtual networking sessions. After the virtual week, you will meet with members of the recruitment team to reflect on your experience, and a select number of candidates will be invited to a 3 day in-house experience. Successful candidates throughout both the virtual and in-house week will be considered for a fast-track interview into our Analytics and Sales internship programme (for 2023 or 2024), or a full-time role. 

You can expect to:

  • Explore our company, culture, and meet members of our diverse communities 
  • Learn about our departments (focusing on Analytic & Sales and Data)
  • Network with our employees
  • Collaborate with peers

If you are interested, you will need to: 

  • Be available to attend the 3 day virtual session (3rd – 5th April 2023)
  • Be available to attend the 3 day in-house session (19th – 21st April 2023)
  • Have completed all studies by 2025 (including any postgraduate degrees)
  • Be fluent in Japanese or Korean, in addition to English
  • Have an interest in pursuing a career in fintech
