Our goal is to offer the most scalable asset management technology in the market. One that allows AIM clients to grow assets on existing investments and to quickly expand into new asset classes, markets or investment styles without disruption.

As a key member of our growing business, you will be responsible for helping to develop implementation best practices and ensure smooth transitions between Sales and Account Management. You will gather feedback from the team and work with relevant stakeholders to address gaps and improve the execution of future implementations. You will also be responsible managing resources for current and future implementations. General oversight and interaction with customers through the implementation period will be required as well as leading successful talent development within the team.

We’ll expect you to:

  • Lead and manage implementations activity, working alongside Sales Representatives, Account Management, Trade Desk and TL's
  • Direct Client Interaction through the life cycle of the implementation (including first escalation point)
  • Aid in standardizing global processes for best practices

You’ll need to have:

  • Deep knowledge of Buy-side market and operational workflow and the potential suite of OMS solutions for various player types.
  • Strong understanding of Bloomberg AIM's offering across Front, Middle, and Back Office
  • Ability to multi task and deliver to pre-set deadlines/time schedules
  • Experience of using or implementing Order Management, Compliance & Electronic Trading Systems
  • Experience in a management or mentor role with an understanding of performance/talent management and how to motivate / inspire people
  • Highly articulate, consultative, and confident in interactions with clients
  • Excellent presentation skills including written, graphic and verbal
