We provide customized trainings to our clients and showcase the value of Bloomberg functionalities to relevant clients.
Maintain close ties with peer teams and aligned Sales teams to drive strategic initiatives, such as client trainings, usage calling campaigns, and projects
Directly manage your team members on a day to day basis
Hire, coach and develop the Representatives you are responsible for, to safeguard a strong performing team
Contribute to the effective running of the department, i.e. provide a point of escalation for our clients, communicate closely with the management team to ensure headcount across all product, proactively find areas to increase our performance and lead the communication
Service our clients directly by providing solutions in strategic and sensitive areas such as calls to new users and API limit breaches
Contribute ideas to help the department drive better performance and implement those ideas to drive results
Act as an advocate for Diversity and Inclusion, truly understanding its importance to our business
You need to have:
The ability to build strong cross departmental relationships to ensure collaboration around customer support and strategic product adoption
Strong team-building and leadership skills
Effective problem solving and analytical skills
A passion for providing superior customer service
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects
The ability to meet deadlines, logically tackle problems and set priorities
A specialisation in at least one of the four asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, FX or Commodities)
Prior experience in the mentorship and development of others, with a recommendation from your current manager
Previous management experience is a plus
Experience in Bloomberg Sales
In-depth knowledge of a product area
