Bloomberg BTCA delivers global, multi-asset solutions for Trading and Compliance professionals. BTCA helps in excess of 600 customers with their day to day tasks, from Trading Insights and Decision Support to Transaction Surveillance and Best Execution monitoring.

What's the role?

To support our fast growing BTCA customer base globally, we are looking for passionate individuals to join the existing BTCA Application Specialists team. As the bridge between Engineering, Product and Sales you will be applying your skill set across Pre-Sales support, Project and Implementations management. You will demonstrate credibility with a detailed knowledge of the challenges Trading, Operations and Compliance departments face in increasingly complex and regulated markets.

We'll trust you to:

• Assist on all pre-sales related topics (RFP as a Subject Matter Expert, technical product demos...)
• Support complex implementations and oversee high quality delivery
• Liaise with other departments, such as Engineering, Product, Sales, Tradedesk to address our clients' workflow gaps
• Share best practices via in-house seminars, webinars and client meetings
• Drive usage in existing accounts and increase dependency in targeted departments
• Provide product training to internal and external partners

You'll need to have:

• Understanding of buy-side and/or sell-side trading and compliance workflows
• Strong relationship building, communication and presentation skills
• Deep knowledge of the requirements of recent regulations (MAR and MiFID II)
• Analytical and problem solving skills

Effective project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
