Without us, they simply can’t operate. Extracting intelligence from such varying and complex consumption is a real business challenge. That’s where you come in.

What's the role?

Business Intelligence (BI) is the cornerstone of client driven strategy through methods of data discovery, complex analytics and consultative sale strategies. We’re all about driving the business forward with data driven insight to build product strategies and uncover hidden sales opportunities.
We also provide analytics using data warehousing tools and other resources. We work closely with global teams including: Sales, CFO Office, Global & Regional Department Heads, Business and Product Development, Global Data, Operational Support and other verticals across the firm.
You’ll work particularly closely with ES Sales, but you’ll communicate directly and independently with our clients. You’ll need to be a creative thinker, able to use your data manipulation and analysis skills along with deep knowledge of the ES products and commercials to accommodate client needs. You’ll be a natural communicator, able to flex your style to the situation and audience.

We’ll trust you to:

• Perform commercial/product analysis to drive opportunity and mitigate risk
• Provide data driven insight for Product and Sales strategies
• Foster close partnership with colleagues, particularly in Sales
• Adopt a consultative style with clients, advising them on best approach for their business and workflow requirements

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong Market Data Background
• Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
• A talent for working with large data sets
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivation
• Technical Skills in VBA and SQL (Highly Preferred)
• Fluency in English. An additional European language would be the icing on the cake
