What's the role?

Based in our London office you will be responsible for defining and executing on the Sales Strategy for Connectivity and Integration Solutions in the EMEA region. You'll lead a team of experience sales engineers focused on growing revenues through the awareness and adoption of Bloomberg's connectivity and integration capabilities.

We’ll trust you to:

  • Inspire and motivate a high performing team to achieve outstanding results while supporting individual growth and development
  • Create and maintain a strong team mentality focused on discipline and execution
  • Develop strong and productive and positive relationships across the global team including Product Development, Engineering, Implementation and Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders across our partnering BLP businesses and grow base of key clients in the region
  • Drive continued business growth through adoption of native capabilities while innovating in defining and selling new and repeatable technology solutions across capital markets wok flows

You’ll need to have:

  • The ability to foster a collaborative team environment by driving a strong culture of teamwork and taking advantage of team diversity
  • Demonstrable success in Sales
  • Strong and credible internal network within Bloomberg
  • Experience in leading teams and managing people
  • Experience and a keen interest in capital markets technology and workflows
  • Strong communication skills with customer facing experience
  • A strong ability to drive change and build global consensus
  • Strong discipline, attention to detail and veracious ability execute

We’d love to see:

  • Strong and diverse knowledge of Bloomberg Products, Core/OMS/Enterprise
  • Additional languages would be advantageous
