Our Customer Account Management Support group (CAMS) provide specialist operational and administrative support to Terminal Sales.

As a CAMS representative, you’ll not only act in an advisory capacity, but you’ll also assist Sales by managing large client projects and helping to tackle ongoing or complex unresolved issues. You’ll have a detailed overview of Bloomberg’s processes and procedures and we will rely on you to identify opportunities to improve internal efficiency as well as enhancing our client's experience.
Our Team
Our CAMS representatives each look after their own group of Sales teams and we are relied upon to efficiently manage the operation of several business accounts. We are encouraged to be independent in this area, by looking for ways to grow and develop their accounts to expand and increase business. Client visits play an important part in this and we have the opportunity to visit clients to promote certain tools, gather feedback, and to act as a face-to-face point of contact for our clients and their Market Data.

You’ll need to have:

Excellent problem solving and project management skills
The ability to build credibility amongst your internal network
Demonstrated interest and the aspiration to work in the financial services industry
The aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment
A passion for client relationship management
Strong communication skills, including negotiation and handling customer objections
Strong networking skills

We’d love to see:

Proactive and persistent attitude towards customer service
Experience in a client facing role, and a proven track record for cultivating strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
A self-starter with the ability to take a proactive approach in their role
Understanding of Bloomberg Operations, Accounting, and Administrative procedures
Excellent writing, oral communication, and presentation skills
Fluency in a second European language
