Our Procurement department aims to provide an efficient and easy way for Bloomberg employees to buy goods and services, and effective partnerships with businesses to identify the best sourcing opportunities while maximizing value and managing costs. At the frontline of Procurement, our customer service desk is the face of the department, delivering extraordinary customer service, owning and fulfilling user requests.
Demonstrating agility will be critical in this role, as you learn to speak the language of the customer and navigate a complex matrix to drive resolution. You will identify trends in employee inquiries and collaborate across our Sourcing and Operation teams to implement pro-active solutions or optimize process flows.

This role will support mostly users within EMEA, but you will have exposure globally as we support APAC and the Americas, to meet the demands of our dynamic global business.
