Bloomberg, LP has an exciting opportunity to be part of the Global Benefits function which serves over 17,000 employees in over 72 countries. Based in London, you will be responsible for managing benefit programs in a variety of countries across the EMEA region, including Health, Pension, Risk and Wellness. This is a very hands-on role which requires the ability to manage multiple programs, vendors and projects at the same time.

In addition to overseeing the day to day running of the benefit programs, we’ll trust you to ensure they are:

  • Compliant with local laws and regulations
  • Competitive
  • Financially efficient
  • Innovative
  • Thoroughly communicated
  • Vigorously analysed and assessed for effectiveness

As a subject matter expert, you will also be the escalation point for complex queries, you will partner with our internal Shared Services team, our Benefit Operations team and external vendors to ensure seamless employee experience.

You’ll need to have:

  • Proven track record in New Benefit implementation across a broad range of benefits including Pension, Healthcare, Life, Disability, Wellness and Occupational Health.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to compile data, assess trends, and identify opportunities with respect to both plan design and process.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others and also execute key deliverables
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships across different internal groups and stakeholders
  • Proven track record in project and program management, including the ability to effectively communicate and partner with stakeholders
  • Financial acumen
  • Experience working in a dynamic fast-paced environment, under pressure with frequent deadlines
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

We’d love to see:

Prior experience contributing to regional Benefit Strategy, program design and vendor management, appetite to be bold, strong relationship building skills, and intellectual curiosity that drives constant improvement.
