The Enterprise Solutions (ES) Service Delivery Teams are responsible for ensuring that our clients have an outstanding experience from pre-sales through implementation and maintenance of service.
What's the role?
You'll join a diverse, multi-lingual global team, providing round-the-clock support over the phone and via our client portal. You'll consult directly with our end users, on how they can utilise ES data solutions to optimise their workflows. You'll provide fast yet informative answers to clients in a calm, professional manner, validating and explaining the content of our various solutions, and troubleshoot reported problems. Although we’ll provide you with comprehensive training you'll join us with a good base of knowledge in finance and technology, and be hungry to develop this further. Things move fast, and we want people who will enjoy working in this environment and feed off the energy.
With your great interpersonal skills, you'll collaborate closely with immediate team members, as well as colleagues from across the business, eg liaising with Product Management on functionality and content enhancement requests, and highlighting potential leads to the Sales teams. From time to time you will meet with your clients face to face, accompanying the Sales team for periodic service reviews.
We'll trust you to:
- Perform validation and explanation of Bloomberg data content
- Trouble shoot issues with Bloomberg Data License software
- Support the sales team with training and demonstrations
- Develop relationships within key accounts
- Acquire and maintain an in depth understanding of data delivery technologies
You'll need to have:
- A strong interest in financial market data
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain solid internal and external relationships on a global scale
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
- A proactive, positive can-do attitude
We'd also love to see:
- In addition to business fluency in English, an additional core European language would be the icing on the cake
- An understanding of our clients, and how they use our data content across front, middle and back office
