We are looking an experience Executive Assistant to support our media business in Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful team that has been growing consistently over the past 5 years.

We'll trust you to:

  •  Deliver support to MD Europe and leaders across Media division.
  •  Working with external EA's to organise regular meetings with key clients and prospects
  •  Organising and preparing internal meetings with clear agenda's
  •  Own and drive exec projects, organising and preparing external and internal meetings to set up more effective discussions.
  •  Respond to incoming internal and external enquiries
  •  Support and deliver regional events for staff and clients.
  •  Drive culture initiatives across the region.
  •  Organise the smooth execution of group meetings and events at a regional level
  •  Co-ordinate specific tasks to help the media studios team.
  •  Liaise with global EA's to facilitate smooth exec visits from across teams
  •  Filter, respond and distribute incoming advertising enquires
  •  Assist in the preparation of major sales activities, such as content presentations to senior audiences and sales reporting
  •  Proactive to take the initiative where administrative help is required
  •  Technologically savvy to help across teams

We'll trust you to:

  •  Diligent approach to handling large volumes and ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment
  •  Ability to work and communicate with all levels of internal and external customers
  •  Experience using Microsoft Office, and willingness to learn additional software as needed such as Salesforce
  •  An interest in the media industry
  •  A high work rate, be highly organised, be able to prioritise and work on parallel tasks and have rigorous attention to detail
  •  Strong use of language and experience of working with senior XCO level assistants across multiple regions
