Audio Visual solutions are utilized everywhere and will need to be accessible anywhere.

We are vital to the firm’s scalability and crucial to using a global knowledge base. We deliver outstanding service during events on a local and global scale. Our service offerings fall into five distinct categories: Event Space Technology, UC Collaboration, AV Infrastructure, AV Design / Build Management, and Digital Signage.
We’ll trust you to:
- Take a lead role in the management of all aspects of live AV Events, with strong experience in audio-visual control room operations, from signal flows to hands-on operation and event delivery
- Deliver premier events both in a virtual and hybrid environment for a multitude of partners
- Have a solid understanding and operational experience of vision mixers, audio mixers, remote cameras (including camera racking and framing), lighting, floor management and video wall processors
- Move quickly and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced live events environment
- Collaborate with both internal and external events teams and suppliers to ensure outstanding event delivery
- Ensure the highest AV standards and guidelines are met
- Collaborate on and deliver maintenance and upgrade projects across all technical fields
- Methodically troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems across all areas of live event technology, working with vendors and suppliers to quickly resolve and mitigate any issues
- Be a team player, with an “all hands-on deck” attitude
You’ll need to have:
- A strong desire to work as part of a team in a highly collaborative environment
- Ability to multitask and learn new systems quickly
- Demonstrated live event technical operations experience with experience in a technical management role
- Excellent customer focused approach
- Ability to respond to changes in a short time frame
- Experience within Event Management
- Experience of LED video walls and projection
- Ability to demonstrate outstanding technical/troubleshooting skills
- Experience in installation/commissioning of AV systems
- An appreciation of networking topology and experience with Dante, NDI and other associated protocols
- Solid grasp of video conference tools and troubleshooting (Zoom, Webex, MS Teams, etc.)
- Ability to set up, test, calibrate and commission equipment and devices as required for a fully functional AV system
- Strong digital literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
We’d love to see:
- Relevant industry certifications (i.e. Q-Sys, Extron, Christie, Crestron)
- Broadcast or Corporate event technical background
- Video wall Christie Spyder or similar experience
