The Team:
We are looking for someone with the relevant experience and motivations to run the EMEA Analytics Fixed Income Advanced Specialist team. You will be managing a team of Fixed Income Advanced Specialists. This team will be aligned with Enterprise Sales in the delivery of specialised product support to terminal clients within the fixed income, fixed income derivatives and mortgages space. As well as developing and sustaining a sufficient level of expertise within your team, you will be managing relationships with key stakeholders for this community of Bloomberg Terminal users within and outside of Analytics.

The job itself:

• Recruit, develop and manage the Representatives you are responsible for, enabling a highly performing, impactful and professional team
• Collaborate with peer teams and aligned Sales teams in order to drive strategic initiatives, such as client trainings, usage calling campaigns and projects
• Contribute to the effective running of the Analytics real time business
• Service our clients directly by providing solutions in strategic and sensitive areas such as calls to new users, API limits breaches and your asset class specialities
• Proactively identify ideas to help drive stronger departmental performance and  implement those ideas to drive results
• Act as an advocate for Diversity and Inclusion, truly understanding its importance to our business

You need to have:

• Experience working with FI clients
• Strong team-building and leadership skills
• A passion for providing superior customer service
• The ability to build strong cross departmental relationships to ensure collaboration around customer support and strategic product adoption
• Effective problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects
• The ability to meet deadlines, logically tackle problems and set priorities
• Prior experience in the mentorship and development of others, with a recommendation from your current manager
• Previous management experience is a plus
• Strong performance history at Bloomberg in current and prior roles
