On any given day, we receive and analyze Service Order Requests (SORs) and identifying contract needs; maintain global agreements and customer legal entity databases; ensuring appropriate documentation is signed by the clients and that database integrity is guaranteed; partner with Bloomberg Sales, Operations, Accounting and Installations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience; provide project management: milestone tracking and project status reporting; liaise with Research and Development to design, implement and test new functionality with regards to department processes.
You have great leadership skills, can make effective decisions and you can demonstrate an outstanding approach to customer service. You are naturally a driven and self-motivated Leader. You can positively influence people in order to deliver results. Your predisposition for technical matters, problem solving and strategic thinking are your key qualities. In your role you will be responsible for ensuring the team is quickly and accurately addressing our clients' inquiries while meeting productivity and quality targets.
