On any given day, we receive and analyze Service Order Requests (SORs) and identifying contract needs; maintain global agreements and customer legal entity databases; ensuring appropriate documentation is signed by the clients and that database integrity is guaranteed; partner with Bloomberg Sales, Operations, Accounting and Installations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience; provide project management: milestone tracking and project status reporting; liaise with Research and Development to design, implement and test new functionality with regards to department processes.

You can positively influence people in order to deliver results. Your predisposition for technical matters, problem solving and strategic thinking are your key qualities. In your role you will be responsible for ensuring the team is quickly and accurately addressing our clients' inquiries while meeting productivity and quality targets.

We'll trust you to:

  • Lead a team of Contract Coordinators to exceed expectations on success metrics
  • Lead by example in advocating the importance of extraordinary customer service and guide the team accordingly
  • Develop each team member's knowledge, skills and talents through careful coaching and constructive feedback, establishing the foundation for a successful career within the company
  • Strengthen existing partnerships and build new relationships with stakeholders from other departments to add value to the business
  • Foster an environment of teamwork and global collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and counterparties in other offices to drive projects and maintain smooth cross-regional operations

You'll need to have:

  • The ability to make independent decisions and deal with major escalations
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Client focus with the ability to understand, anticipate and effectively respond to customer needs
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

We'd love to see:

  • Solid organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience to present requirements and projects in front of upper management
