What’s the role?

You will join us as an experienced Operations Manager. You will be part of a global team passionate about the continuous improvement of the operating and control environment for Bloomberg's Trading Products. You’ll reinforce ownership, focus, and priority given to operating the existing platforms through increased stability, reliability and robustness. You will also be responsible for the delivery of various cross-business projects, collaborating across multiple departments and vendors, providing innovative operational solutions and ensuring efficiency.

We’ll trust you to:

• ­Deliver efficiency and control improvements through operational process analysis, collaboration, design, and implementation

­- Participate in projects across myriad business groups and supporting teams


• ­Participate in independent reviews of the operating model whilst identifying and escalating any and all remediation requirements resulting from recommendations
­- Analyse functional and support gaps, identify risks, propose solutions, and manage execution

• ­Provide operational support for senior business managers and supporting groups within Core Product

You’ll need to have:

• ­Experience in operations preferably within a bank, hedge fund or other financial services institution

­- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills


• ­Expertise in Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
