Bloomberg News is looking for an equities reporter to provide real-time coverage and insightful analysis on the European stock market, someone who can connect the dots between a multitude of factors ranging from the economic recovery from the pandemic to global supply chain disruptions, M&A action, and the region's politics and central bank policy. The role involves writing fast, concise reports on markets, equity and cross-asset strategy as well as longer pieces on investment trends. Our successful candidate is incredibly sourced, with a finger on the pulse of what's driving the market's most interesting moves each day. 

We're looking for an effective team player who thrives in a dynamic environment. We are known for our quality, accuracy and ability to deliver news investors can use. On the equities team, you'll be providing clients with all the news they need from the world's leading source of financial news. 

Qualifications:

• Deep equity-market contacts
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience covering the market
• Ability to write quickly and concisely under deadlines
• Understands markets structure and is up to date on retail trading and social media platforms
