The Mobile Professional Engineering team is responsible for building the Bloomberg Professional application on iPhone, iPad and Android devices. Bloomberg gives influential decision makers a critical edge by connecting them to a dynamic network of information, people and ideas. The Mobile application is an indispensable tool that enables our clients to stay connected and make decisions at the critical times of day when they are away from their desk.

We are looking for a programme coordinator who will work closely with Product and Engineering heads to ensure execution of mobile-wide process improvements and associated reporting. Your primary function will be to provide visibility across the mobile portfolio of projects and teams through the design and implementation of sustainable tools. You will also be responsible for communicating and reporting impacts, risks and issues to internal partners and you should continually look for opportunities to improve transparency, collaboration, and efficiency within our organization.

We'll trust you to:

• Collaborate with us to implement mobile-wide initiatives
• Help to create visibility of progress of planned initiatives
• Build reports to track against metrics based on the defined goals, Objectives and Key results
• Help to track costs across projects and the types of work to help bring visibility to items such as Baseline costs and Dependencies
• Aid with development and tracking of measures for overall efficiency, quality and health
• Ensure risks and impacts are properly assessed and communicated in a timely manner
• Design and implement sustainable tools that provide aggregate views of the mobile organization and our progress, metrics, health and efficiency

You should have:

• Expertise with different project management tools including Jira
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Experience in Agile practises including Scrum and Scaled Agile
• Experience with the full software development life cycle

We'd love to see:

• Experience co-coordinating strategic teams to assist with product development
• Expertise with various project management methodologies and when to apply them
• Experience working on mobile products
• The ability to develop tools aimed at automating key parts of the internal business requirements
