Our resourceful and dynamic Procurement Department is looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager to join its European Headquarters based in London, to carry out sourcing activities within Financial Professional Services (Tax/Audit/Bookkeeping), Consulting and Staff Augmentation, Business Intelligence, AML/KYC Compliance and other Financial Operations.

This role is suited to a determined Sourcing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to develop strong relationships across internal stakeholders and suppliers.

We’ll trust you to have:

  • Experience of working in a Sourcing role for a minimum of 3+ years*, preferably in large and international Financial Services organisations.
  • *Please note we use years of experience as a guide, but we certainly will consider applications from all candidates who are able to demonstrate the skills necessary for the role

  • Professional Services experience is essential and having worked on engagements with the Big 4
  • Identifying and implementing Sourcing strategies for a less seasoned Professional Services category
  • Experience in conducting spend analysis, analysing supply markets, developing sourcing strategies, performing competitive RFx while getting involved in department-wide process optimisation initiatives
  • Sound knowledge of P2P, contract negotiations and good project management skills
  • Stakeholder management and good influencing skills
  • Delivering value through commercial negotiation of various deals, ranging from low dollar value engagements through to large complex projects, in a timely manner while ensuring risks are minimised and costs are contained
  • Experience in collaboration with various stakeholder groups and suppliers all the way to C-suite level

You will also have:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, be highly motivated to work as part of a team in a collaborative fashion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent MS Office
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP, Coupa or any other ERP tools
