Bloomberg’s Trade Order Management Solutions (TOMS) provides fixed income sell-side firms with the capabilities to efficiently manage inventory, risk, P&L, compliance and straight-through processing. The enterprise suite of solutions includes electronic trading tools and market connectivity to helps firms synchronize their front office risk and trading with middle-office, operations and enterprise applications in real-time. As a key member of our established TOMS Tradedesk team you will be responsible for ensuring our sell-side clients receive the highest level of customer service possible. Using our 'Instant Bloomberg' chat system and innovative tools such as BSHARE, you will help clients make better, faster decisions using the power of Bloomberg TOMS and respond to any queries that they have.
The team also works closely with account management, sales and product to influence client usage, drive product improvement and share their expertise within the wider business and Analytics department. This role will require an individual who wants to help be a part of the growing exceptional customer service beyond all previously recognised levels.
Many Analysts love the excitement and team feel on the TradeDesk and continue to develop their career within Trading Solutions Service. Some of our TradeDesk Analysts challenge themselves in an exciting leadership role. Some dive deeper and are Specialists in our more critical product offerings like Compliance and Electronic Trading. Others utilize their visionary and analytical expertise in a role in Product. Another option is into one of Account Management or Sales teams.
