Financial firms rely on dozens of critical systems to develop and execute strategies, evaluate risk, track P&L, manage sales and trading, and handle settlement. What's the role?

You will be responsible for leading the client service and relationship management team in London ensuring the highest levels of customer service and production delivery across our rapidly growing customer base in EMEA.

We'll trust you to:

  • Inspire and motivate a high performing team to achieve outstanding results while supporting individual growth and development.
  • Create and maintain a strong team mentality focused on delivering exceptional customer service and increasing the quality of our production delivery.
  • Develop strong and productive relationships across the global team including product development, engineering, sales and implementation.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with senior leaders across our partnering BLP businesses and growing base of key clients in the region.
  • Innovate and drive continued business and process efficiency to maximize output, improve service response times and quality and speed of client production delivery.

You’ll need to have:

  • The ability to foster a collaborative team environment by driving a strong culture of teamwork and taking advantage of team diversity.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing people.
  • Experience and a keen interest in capital markets technology and workflows.
  • Strong communication skills with customer facing experience
  • A strong ability to drive change and build global consensus
  • Ability to execute and deliver to the highest quality.

We'd love to see:

  • Computer science background with competency in programming languages
  • Additional languages would be advantageous
