In our global technical support team, you will have responsibility to ensure that our core product, The Bloomberg Professional Service, is operating at a high standard. Through a variety of methods, such as inbound client calls, instant messages and real-time system monitoring tools, you will resolve client issues and proactively action items to maintain a high standard of system service.
Operating in an intense and high energy diverse environment, you will be acting fast and thoughtfully in your quest to troubleshoot technical cases, from software/hardware to connectivity and network troubleshooting.
