Our Engineering Campus Recruitment team is looking to hire an organized, energetic coordinator who is eager to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This role is about more than scheduling interviews and hosting prospective employees -- it's about building an extraordinary and memorable experience; a candidate-friendly journey from start to finish, and using the opportunity to introduce them to the "wow" of working at Bloomberg.

You will be a vital asset to the team, and will partner closely with our campus recruiters and software engineers to develop strategies on how to effectively source, attract and hire the best technical talent from top universities. As the first point of contact for our candidates, providing a superior candidate experience is always at the front of your mind. You should be comfortable managing a high volume of candidates, and will be responsible coordinating a seamless interview process from start to finish.

We'll trust you to:

  • Manage and schedule a high candidate volume in a timely manner
  • Build relationships and liaise directly with business managers, candidates, vendors, and recruiters
  • Be responsible for the maintenance and data integrity of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and produce ad hoc reports as required
  • Handle all candidate travel and expense reimbursement
  • Coordinate, manage, and attend recruitment events both internal and external (interview days, internship events, performance reviews, exit interviews, career fairs, hackathons, info sessions, tech talks, etc.)
  • Possess excellent administrative and organization skills -- and be detail-oriented
  • Effectively manage simultaneous projects and events, and prioritize tasks
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Partner with the HR group to successfully manage candidate offer processes
  • Provide administrative support to the wider recruiting team

You need to have:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Skilled in managing large volumes and ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work and communicate with all levels of internal and external customers
  • Strong with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel and able to learn additional software as needed
  • Passionate about providing unparalleled levels of customer service

We'd love to see:

  • Prior experience in HR/Recruiting/Administration
  • Overview knowledge of Recruiting, HR concepts, policies and procedures
  • Enthusiastic approach to improving process efficiencies
