Do you want to join our team of highly motivated, financially astute and experienced sales people to help grow our business in Central Asia? You'll join a well-established team and be responsible for managing, expanding and creating FX trading communities in Russian speaking Central Asia.

What’s the role?

Being part of Terminal Sales means you will be at the forefront of your client's experience with Bloomberg. You will make the best use of our flat corporate structure to network across multiple departments; calling on specific expertise to help deliver FX Trading solutions to your clients and prospects. You’ll play a lead role in running FX campaigns with existing clients but also be expected to build FX trading communities in countries where we have little terminal footprint. You’ll also be driving sales and usage of our FX Trading systems with innovation, pursuing new opportunities with a sense of urgency and pace.

We'll trust you to:

• Demonstrate your knowledge in building a business plan around FX Trading communities and to execute on strategies to increase FX Trading usage and grow revenue
• Build and maintain strategic internal partnerships within Bloomberg
• Own key relationships and be a player/coach in addressing our client's and prospect’s needs
• Maintain and improve your knowledge of our product
• Spot trends, new opportunities and establish credibility with your clients by understanding their business
• Be the face and voice of Bloomberg whilst providing extraordinary customer service
• Manage your time effectively, multi-task and thrive working in a highly collaborative, team environment

You will need to have:

• An impressive track record of high-level, complex sales with an FX electronic trading or eFX / FX sales background
• A solid understanding of FX Markets with experience in FX spots, forwards, and swaps
• Native/Business Russian language skills
• Consultative and solutions based sales skills
• A strong interest in financial markets and technology
• A track record of building and maintaining solid client relationships
• Well versed and confident in presentations, training and written communications

Ideally you would also have:

• Knowledge of Bloomberg’s FX trading platform FXGO
• Business relationships within FX Trading/Sales desks in Russian banks
• Business relationships or experience selling to CIS countries
• A strong understanding of the FX trading process, including STP, and OMS connectivity
